Taking donations to goodwill, hauling junk away to a dumpster and helping us load up our POD for moving was huge. Mike and Claudia immediately had a plan when seeing our home and knew what improvements to make. They handled painting, masonry fixes, and landscaping that made our house look great. They even covered smaller details I wouldn't have considered like painting the garage floor and basement walls which really gave things a clean finish. Would definitely recommend working with them. Our initial business interaction with the Mike Webb team was in May of 2000 when we purchased our first home together in Arlington. When we decided to sell our home in May of 2023, we reached out to Mike and Claudia for assistance in getting it ready to list and staging for the open house. They really know the NoVA area market and South Arlington particularly well. Their knowledge of the market conditions was very helpful in setting a realistic asking price. While some agents state they provide staging support, that would not do justice to the amount of effort and detail Mike and Claudia expend getting a property ready for a showing, be it cosmetic or more involved updates/repairs. We received an asking price offer the first day of the open house and closed about a month later. As we had moved out of the area, we decided to sell our rental property in June of 2025. We reached out again to Mike and Claudia for their help. While very happy with the help received selling our Arlington home, getting the second property ready for market would really demonstrate the depth of support and services the Mike Webb team can provide. Being several hours away from Arlington we relied entirely on Mike and Claudia to get the property ready for market and to coordinate any cosmetic or needed repairs as well as staging. They have a comprehensive network of trade contacts that demonstrated excellent craftmanship and understand time constraints associated with getting a property ready for market.
